Yes, we ask that you return the product to us. Once you connect with a member of our team they will help you with details on where to send your return. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we've received your return we will process your refund within 1-2 working days. It may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with.
