Ingredients
- 1 scoop Rare Forms Performance Blend
- 2 tbsp organic whole milk
- 1 organic banana
- 75g organic rolled jumbo oats
- 3 organic free range eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp organic butter
Method
- 1Blend the ingredients for approximately 2 minutes
- 2Heat a pan and melt a little butter
- 3Ladle in 2-3 ladles of batter leaving space in between each
- 4Cook for 1-2 mins until underside is golden
- 5Flip and cook for an extra minute
- 6Serve in stacks with maple syrup & fruit
